The Service management processes defines the interactions between customers and NEOSIS for providing services

  • You contribute to Contractual Assets set up
  • You encompass the strategic forecasting of demands with costumers
  • You manage capture, authorization and staging of new demand and the tactical day-to-day monitoring/balancing process within entities to execute against that demand
  • You report about customer demand activities performance


  • You have an academic degree of EPFL/ETH/University or equivalent, as well as excellent communication skills in French and English. German would be an advantage
  • You have a solid experience in the Service management and customer relationship
  • Further you can offer experience within the following areas:
    • Understanding of pension and social insurances matters
    • Very good communication and presentation skills
    • Leadership, facilitator and driver capabilities
  • Your priority is to understand the expectations of your client and answer to his needs
