We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our IT Service Management engineering team as stream lead. In your role you will play a key role in shaping the ITSM roadmap and its adoption in the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing design, development and implementation of processes and features within our ITSM solutions. Also, you will be collaborating with process owners, and ensure delivery within projects.

• Guide a team of ITSM engineers fostering culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Develop and implement ITSM strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and service delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for software projects

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth workflow across projects

Education and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure
• Experience of at least 3 years as Scrum Master or in an equivalent role
• Experience of at least 5 years as Software Engineer (ServiceNow Engineer is a strong plus)
• Fluent English and good German spoken and written
