Responsible for the design, further development and optimisation of the global Unfied Communication services (Cisco Jabber, Webex, Video Conferencing, Vbrick)
Technical lead for UC related topics within projects
3rd level support for UC related incidents
Responsible for technical and end-user documentation

Anforderungen

Self-driven, efficient and exact working methods
Higher technical education (HF, TS, FH, Uni)
Profound knowledge in the area of Unfied Communication solutions
German and English (oral and written)
