In this position within the SWISS TechOps division you will be responsible for the Goods receiving of technical aircraft material. This job opportunity provides an exciting challenge in the area of logistics within the aviation industry.

Tasks
In this role you will be responsible for the accurate inspection and release of material in accordance with the applicable specifications and standards.
- Perform quality inspection of received parts, check the physical condition, approved documentation, condition status, quantity delivered and insert the relevant information into the system
- Labelling of serviceable parts in accordance with internal procedures and the legal requirements
- Perform virtual receiving for material used in outstations
- Transfer of non-approved parts to quarantine area
- Keep orderly and updated records of quarantine area
- Ensuring packing of parts in accordance Manufacturers and ATA300 specification
- General storeman task by supporting other warehousing sections
- Ensure that all safety measures & just culture policy is always followed
- Successfully concluded education or long-standing experience in the area of logistics, mechanics or aviation
- Knowledge about the EASA and NAA regulations
- Experience in airline business processes and supply chain is a plus
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Driving license Cat. B
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally also AMOS
- Basic goods receiving training and Dangerous goods training as advantage
- Willingness to work shift (3 shifts / 24/7)
