Diagnostics industry? Our client is seeking a
Global Project Manager to lead critical product development and lifecycle initiatives in
Zug region, Switzerland.
This role offers a dynamic environment where your leadership will directly impact the delivery of
innovative diagnostic solutions that help improve lives globally.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate product development and product care projects from initiation to execution
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
- Drive risk management, critical path analysis, and scenario planning
- Apply and guide Agile and hybrid project methodologies
- Organize and manage meetings, milestone reviews, and onboarding activities
- Set and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and ensure continuous performance improvement
- Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions
- Act as a liaison between project teams and broader stakeholders including Finance, Portfolio Management, and IT
- Use tools like Planisware, Google Suite, and potentially Jira
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background
- 5+ years' experience in Project or Program Management in MedTech, Diagnostics, Pharma, or Food industry
- Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus)
- Proficient in project planning tools (Planisware, Google Suite)
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have: - Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum
- German language skills
- Familiarity with Jira
