Customer Audit Manager/QMS Audit m/f/d, WallisThis role involves planning and coordinating customer audits by scheduling dates, aligning with project teams, and managing logistics to ensure all required documents and subject matter experts are prepared. It includes leading and supporting the execution of audits through activities such as plant tours, documentation reviews, and presenting the company's quality systems to customers. Additionally, the position is responsible for documenting audits in TrackWise, coordinating timely responses to audit observations, and ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations, while fostering strong working relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer requests for audit dates
- Planning audits together with project teams, based on the customers' agendas
- Organising the required infrastructure (meeting rooms etc.)
- Accompanying the customer throughout the audit (plant tours, documentation review etc.)
- Presenting Quality systems to the customer
- Coordinating with the project teams to ensure that all SMEs and documents requested by the customer are available in a timely manner
- Documenting the audits in TrackWise
- Coordinating the responses to audit observations with the project team and ensuring that the customer receives the responses within the given timelines
- Work closely within different teams and with other departments
- Must interpret and maintain proficiency in regulations, standards, guidelines and trends in cGMP.
Requirements: - Experience in pharma/biotech industry
- Auditing experience
- Understanding of the applicable cGMP regulations
- General knowledge of manufacturing processes and analytical methods
- Competent level of general IT skill is required
- Ability to align cross functional stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service by developing excellent working relationships with both external and internal customers
