Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, and providing administrative support across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities - Perform a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Answer calls, provide information to callers, and manage correspondence
- Prepare memos, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Transcribe notes and handle dictation accurately
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Prepare, process, and monitor invoices and expense reports
- Assist with research and data collection as needed
- Support the preparation and tracking of the annual budget
Required Skills & Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Clerical Support role preferred
- Familiarity with standard office procedures and administrative processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Good judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
