For our client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Reporting and Consolidation Manager.
Your task:
- Responsible for Consolidation in SAP4HANA & Quarterly IFRS Reporting
- Reviewing monthly reporting packages in liaison with Accounting Shared-Service Center
- Preparing the statutory financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (SCO) and
reconciliation from IFRS to local GAAP - Managing and supporting the implementation of new accounting standards and reporting initiatives
- Driving process changes and improvements throughout the accounting and reporting function
- Acting as Finance SPOC for various projects and implementations (e.g. Software Replacement, Set-Up
of new legal entity, new product offerings, change requests) - Cooperating and managing external and internal auditors
Your profile:
- Completed university or technical college studies with a focus on accounting or similar (finance, economics)
- Swiss CPA
- 5+ years’ experience in financial group accounting of a national/international group, in auditing or in a
similar position - Profound knowledge in IFRS and/or US-GAAP reporting standards
- Profound knowledge SAP / SAP4Hana / SAP Group Reporting
- Proactive & solution oriented
- Structured & accurate way of working
- Fluent in written and spoken English & German
