Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and motivated
Data Analyst (Try & Hire after 3 months).
Your Responsabilities: - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support business functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
- Support data-driven decision-making through clear visualizations and storytelling
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks
Your Profile: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics)
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills; experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Familiarity with Python or R
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in simple terms
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
