Auxiliary Lab Assistant Quality Control m/f/d,We are seeking motivated individuals to join our client's Quality Control (QC) Department in Visp. In this role, you will perform daily QC operations under GMP standards, supporting laboratory testing, documentation, and sample management. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity (0-4 years of experience) for candidates with a background in biotechnology, chemistry, or related fields to build a career in a highly regulated and international environment.
Responsibilities - Execute IR/NIR/Raman measurements in the QC laboratory
- Manage sample logistics for external shipping and forward samples to QC raw materials
- Perform certificate analyses, receive, store, and document QC samples
- Support the release of materials by providing accurate test data
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks, sample inventory management, and disposal as required
- Perform maintenance and calibration checks on specific laboratory equipment
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards at all times
- Support additional QC tasks as instructed by the supervisor/manager
Must-Haves - Completed education as Technical Assistant (TA) or equivalent qualification in biotechnology, chemistry, or related field
- 0-4 years of professional experience in Quality Control, laboratory work, or GMP environments
- Solid understanding of GMP regulations and laboratory safety practices
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and reliability
- German fluency required, English is an advantage
- Team-oriented, proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
