Aufgaben:PMI Coordination and Program Management (Conducting project management services)
Coordination and operational management of individual sub-workstreams within the PMI project. Serving as a link between the sub-workstreams and the overarching PMI AM Integration Workstream
- Led overall coordination and central governance of integration workstreams
- Managed large scale change programs
- Managed project planning, timelines, and resource allocation
- Prepared materials for Steering Committees and sponsor status meetings
- Maintained integration plans, risk registers, and KPI dashboards in MyIMO
- Identified critical issues and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation
Anforderungen:- Coordination of PMI (Post-Merger Integration) projects, ideally in asset management
- Managed large scale change programs
- Experience managing both functional and cultural integration aspects
- Proven track record of successfully achieving integration objectives
- Strong expertise in project management
- MS Power Point / MS Excel
- Project Management Tools
- MyIMO (strong advantage)
- Very good german and english skills
- Knowledge in asset management
