Corporate Procurement Specialist - Indirect Procurement (80-100%) - Zurich m/f/d, Are you an
experienced procurement professional with a passion for
indirect procurement and professional services sourcing? Our client is looking for a
Corporate Procurement Specialist to drive corporate procurement strategies, enhance risk management, and optimize supply base performance in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Support the development, communication, and implementation of corporate procurement strategies
- Manage Indirect Materials & Services, Professional Services, Risk Management, and Supply Base Management initiatives
- Lead eRfX processes for consulting, financial, and legal services, as well as other indirect services categories
- Collaborate closely with category teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of assigned procurement activities
- Report to the Co-Head of Corporate Procurement
Requirements: - Proven experience in indirect procurement, ideally with professional services sourcing
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (1-2 days in Zurich office)
