Receptionist / Front Office Assistant to support their Facilities Management and front office operations in Basel / Zürich.
This is a
part-time position (24 hours per week) within a professional, international working environment, ideal for candidates with reception or hospitality experience who value structure, service quality, and teamwork.
Working Schedule - 24-hour contract
- 3 days per week
- 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break
Key Responsibilities Reception & Front Office Services - Welcome visitors and staff; issue badges and maintain visitor logs
- Prepare materials for new starters
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail (post and courier services)
- Organize parking facilities and taxi bookings
- Distribute internal documents and publications
- Perform general clerical tasks (filing, word processing, mailings, office equipment use)
Office Security & Health & Safety - Support the client's Security & Safety Concept
- Participate in emergency procedures, drills, and required training
General Services & Administration - Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, consumables, etc.)
- Support procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies
- Report and follow up on complaints, repairs, and service requests with FM Support
- Attend weekly reception team meetings (Basel / Zürich)
Qualifications & Experience Required - Good general education
- Languages: English and German (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong computer skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Previous experience in a reception, front desk, or hotel environment
