Senior Software Engineer C++ (m/f/d). You will develop and maintain real-time instrument control software for complex medical devices, working with modern C++, Linux, and hardware interfaces in an agile Scrum environment.

End date: 12-months contract (with the plan to extend for another 12 months)

Team: 8-10 Your tasks: - Proactive participation in all phases of software development from feasibility studies through design, development, testing and bug fixing and maintenance
- Collaboration within the Scrum-Teams
- Independent interaction with internal framework manufacturers
- Based on requirements and models, definition of software architecture, design and specifications, ultimately leading to implementation
- Participation in the definition of work packages, their estimation and planning in a sprint-based agile environment Issue credit and debit notes by considering the month-end and year-end financial timelines and collect necessary approvals.
- Adherence to a software development process including contribution to written deliverables and documentation
Your Profile: - Min. Bachelor degree in a software related field such as software or electrical engineering or similar
- Min. 5+ years of hands-on experience as Software Engineer, preferred in the regulated environment such as the medical device industry
- Min. 3-5 years hands- on experience with C++ and Linux from the last project or position
- Strong with Linux Dockers and CAN bus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Highly motivated with focus on deadlines and a proactive and thorough way of working
- Ability to work within a team and still be proactive
- Software architecture would be a big plus
