Your Tasks: - Manage internal packaging orders for clinical trial materials
- Ensure on-time and complete delivery of investigational medicinal products
- Coordinate standard packaging set-ups with cross-functional stakeholders
- Work closely with quality, operations, and supply chain teams
- Handle operational issues and support timely resolution of deviations
- Contribute to process improvements in a regulated environment
Your Profile: - At least 3 years of experience in clinical supply chain management
- Experience in clinical order management is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing, Oracle Manufacturing Planning, or Advanced Planning and Optimization
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, structured way of working, and attention to detail
- Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment is an advantage
- Lean management or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
Key Details - Start: July 2026
- Duration: 12 months
- Workload: 100%
- Location: Basel Area
- Home office: 1 day per week in alignment with the line manager
- Contract type: Contracting
