HR Operations Analyst m/f/d, Basel-Stadt For our client operating in the chemical industry, we are looking for an HR Operation Specialist
Main Tasks: - Reporting & Monitoring: Creating and maintaining monthly T&A reports, monitoring headcount and line manager structures, and ensuring the correct mapping of unpaid leave and system errors.
- System Responsibility: Managing and maintaining system interfaces (e.g., between ATOSS and downstream HR systems), performing G2 controls, and ensuring data quality.
- Operational Administration: Maintaining work-time and shift models, recording on-call (Pikett) travel times, processing vacation reductions according to legal/internal guidelines, and performing balance transfers.
- Projects & Support: Leading or participating in T&A system optimizations and process improvements, and handling T&A-related tickets and legal cases (including terminations) in cooperation with HRBPs.
- Absence & Case Management:
- Accident Management: Full processing of accidents, including handling tickets with medical certificates, daily allowance (Taggeld) imports, UTG processing, and reconciling differences via the Suva portal
- Illness Management: Generating long-term illness overviews, managing Sickness Insurance registrations and correspondence, processing medical certificates, and handling KTG (Daily Sickness Benefit) processing and invoices.
- Invalidity Insurance (IV): Completing IV questionnaires, implementing IV decisions, entering IV claims/daily allowances into the system (GV), and managing all IV-related tracking and correspondence
What you bring: - Professional Experience: Proven experience in HR Administration with a focus on Time & Attendance and Absence Management (Accident, Illness, IV).
- System Knowledge: Proficiency in ATOSS or comparable time-tracking systems is a significant advantage. Experience with insurance portals (Suva, UKA) is required.
- Legal Expertise: Solid understanding of Swiss Labor Law (ArG, OR), social security law (UVG, KTG, IV), and Collective Labor Agreements (GAV).
- Languages: German and English fluent; French: good knowledge
- High affinity for data quality and reporting.
- You are a structured, accurate, and solution-oriented professional with strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience in working in international teams and collaborating across functional borders.
